摘要
我们使用涉及载流子间库仑相互作用的 Efros-Shklovskii 机制，研究了两种化学取代的 Ca-钌酸盐电阻率的温度依赖性。导致费米面态密度产生能量依赖性的额外机制可能解释了一个体系所遵循的异常宽的温度和电导率范围。
