时间分辨X射线衍射的局域太赫兹场增强

摘要

我们报道了在超快时间分辨X射线衍射实验中单周期太赫兹(THz)脉冲的局域场强增强。我们表明,用金微结构对样品进行图形化可在不改变THz脉冲形状或显著影响X射线衍射图样质量的情况下增强THz场。我们发现在SrTiO3薄膜样品上,微结构的存在使THz诱导的X射线衍射强度变化增加了五倍。
