摘要
我们利用半导体材料的光激发作为宽带太赫兹场的‘反射率开关’。我们表明，巧妙使用该开关能够对太赫兹场进行时间表征，其空间分辨率显著超越太赫兹的衍射极限，并为时空太赫兹光谱提供了理想的手段。
