纳米结构原子位置的线性标度松弛

摘要
我们提出了一种确定大型原子尺度系统平衡几何的 метод，具有线性标度。该方法基于对力的长程和短程波长成分的独立处理。虽然快速变化的部分由常规方法处理，但对缓慢变化部分的处理基于弹性理论。通过包含最高可达数百万个原子的数值示例表明，该方法允许对大型纳米结构进行有效松弛。
