摘要
我们研究了在具有热光非线性的SiO2-VO2纳米复合波导中激光束的传播。我们表明，伴随半导体-金属相变，嵌入SiO2宿主介质中的VO2纳米颗粒的吸收系数发生大幅改变，折射率也发生显著变化，这可能导致近红外波段的限幅效应。
