大规模敏捷开发中的回顾会议探索性研究：从团队层面学习视角

摘要
许多人将回顾会议视为敏捷软件开发最重要的实践。以往关于回顾会议的研究聚焦于团队层面的过程与结果。在本文中，我们通过对回顾报告的分析，研究一个大规模敏捷开发项目如何使用回顾会议，作为纵向案例研究的一部分，共识别出 109 个问题与 36 个行动项。我们发现，所识别的大多数问题涉及团队层面的学习与改进，并围绕当前用于改善大规模敏捷开发中学习成效的建议对这些发现进行了讨论。
