基于INFREP甚低频/低频数据的大地震预测方法

摘要
本文提出了可能的大地震预测方法。在研究过程中，使用了震前已有的INFREP（欧洲电磁辐射网络）数据。文中给出的所研制方法能够以一定精度同时确定大地震预测所需的全部三个参数（震级、震中和发生时间）。
