摘要
我们报告了利用支持表面等离激元极化子（SPPs）的无序金属纳米岛基底对单纳米颗粒的传感。弹性散射 SPPs 的泄漏辐射产生的散斑图样为传感器表面的散射微结构提供了独特的指纹。我们展示了散斑去相关的实验测量，并证明其能够检测单个金纳米颗粒和聚苯乙烯微球的吸附。我们的方法通过粘附在纳米岛基底上的颗粒的明场和荧光成像得到了验证。
