知识图谱的演化与保存——ISWS 2019 技术报告

在 Dagstuhl 研讨会“知识图谱:语义网上知识表示的新方向”期间讨论并写入其报告的一个重大挑战是:“公共 FAIR 万物知识图谱:我们日益看到捕获某一类实体全部信息的知识图谱的创建。[……]这一重大挑战进一步提出,我们能否创建一个涵盖从常识概念到基于位置的实体的‘万物’知识图谱。该知识图谱应以 FAIR 方式‘向公众开放’,使这一海量知识得以民主化。”尽管关联开放数据(LOD)是一个知识图谱,但它是万物公共 FAIR 知识图谱(KG)最接近的实现(可能也是唯一的)。无疑,LOD 为在开放和 FAIR KG 上实验和评估研究假设提供了独特的试验台。关于 KG 最被忽视的 FAIR 问题之一是其持续演化与长期保存。我们欲研究此问题,即理解保存和支持 KG 演化意味着什么以及如何解决这些问题。显然,该问题可从不同视角切入,并可能需要发展不同方法,包括新理论、本体、度量、策略、流程等。本文档报告了参加国际语义网研究学校(ISWS 2019)的 9 个学生团队(各由一名资深研究者作为导师指导)的协作成果。每个团队从不同的视角探讨知识图谱演化问题,并以一组研究问题作为其主要调查主题。此外,他们给出了各自的 KG 保存与演化的工作定义。
