利用知识图谱补全预测多重用药副作用

摘要
多重用药副作用预测问题考虑如下情形：两种药物单独服用时不会导致特定副作用；然而当两药联用时，该副作用显现。本工作中，我们证明多关系知识图谱补全在多重用药副作用预测问题上取得了 SOTA 结果。实证结果表明，当药物的蛋白靶点已被充分表征时，我们的方法尤为有效。与先前工作相比，我们的方法为湿实验室验证提供了更具可解释性的预测与假设。
