本文提出一种随时间比较连锁董事会网络以检验统计显著性变化的方法。除了对关于 Mizruchi 假设（企业精英内部正在发生权力瓦解）是否成立讨论的贡献外，我们提出了新颖的方法来处理一系列社会网络的纵向研究，其中节点在每个时间点经历少量修改。在方法上，我们的贡献有两方面：我们将此前应用于比较两个时间段的贝叶斯模型扩展到更长的时间段，并且我们定义并使用了社会网络序列的包络（hull）概念，这使得规避随时间变化节点的难题成为可能。
