摘要
普朗克常数是物理科学中的基本常数，密立根因 1923 年实验获得该常数而获诺贝尔奖。随着固态电子器件技术的发展，人们设计并采用了利用 LED 测定普朗克常数的实验。Herrmann 与 Sch"atzle 基于二极管方程质疑该实验的有效性，其方法由 Morehouse 进一步讨论。本文重新审视该实验的有效性。
