U(Ru0.9Rh0.04)2Si2 中相界的不可逆动力学及其对序的启示

摘要
我们报道了 U(Ru{0.96}Rh{0.04})2Si2 进入单一磁场诱导相（相 II）相界处的比热与磁热效应的测量与分析结果，这些结果与 Yb{1-x}YxInCu4 的价态转变表现出惊人的相似性。为了解释这些相似性，我们提出了一种自举机制：结构畸变导致相 II 内的电四极序参量与 5f 电子杂化耦合，从而在相变时引发价态变化。
