离子辐照诱导 Ag 纳米立方体沉入衬底

摘要
离子辐照可导致纳米颗粒在衬底中钻入,其强烈依赖于材料性质与辐照参数。本研究中,我们证明了可利用对硅上方立方体形 Ag 纳米颗粒进行离子辐照来实现沉入过程;阐明了离子沟道效应对沉入速率的影响;并强调了辐照下衬底非晶态的重要性。基于实验发现,该沉入过程被描述为由离子诱导的衬底塑性流动所启用的毛细力驱动。
