摘要

通过在迭代相位恢复算法中添加约束，获得了高度非均匀应变晶体中的位移场。这些约束包括直接空间密度均匀性，以及对位移场不同分量的符号和导数的约束。该算法应用于使用高分辨率X射线衍射从硅线阵列测量的实验倒易空间图，获得的位移场分量与使用有限元模型计算的结果非常吻合。
