双量子阱中微波光电阻的干涉振荡

摘要
我们观测了微波辐照下双量子阱中的振荡磁电阻。结果用子带耦合对电子分布函数中频率依赖的光致部分的影响来解释。因此，磁电阻展示了磁子带间振荡与常规微波诱导电阻振荡之间的干涉。
