摘要
给出了中子散射（弹性与非弹性）的一般理论。它适用于整个慢中子区域，并将热中子、冷中子以及 UCN 弹性散射的现有理论作为极限情况包含在内。提出了 UCN 非弹性散射截面的新表达式。它与通常使用的表达式不同之处在于恰当地考虑了再散射过程。给出了 UCN 存在微弱加热与冷却的证据。
