UCN 与固态表面相互作用中的低能上散射

摘要
针对超冷中子(UCN)在物质陷阱中储存时的反常损失问题，开展了 UCN 与陷阱表面碰撞中的准弹性散射测量。观测到 UCN 从 0–77 neV 能量区间到 90–200 neV 的准弹性散射概率为每次碰撞 (2.2±0.2)×10^-8，因此准弹性散射过程无法解释处于 3×10^-5 量级的反常损失效应。
