摘要
研究表明，对于厚度不超过趋肤深度的金属薄膜，该问题在任何边界条件下均可解析求解。分析了电磁波的透射、反射和吸收系数随入射角、薄膜厚度、镜面反射系数以及电磁场振荡频率的变化关系。
