反对称磁场构型下薄金属膜中的表面等离激元

摘要
首次证明，对于厚度不超过趋肤深度的薄金属膜，在电子平均自由程与膜厚之比为任意值的情况下，表面等离子体振荡的描述问题允许解析解。给出了表面等离子体振荡频率对波数的依赖关系。我们考虑了镜面-扩散边值问题的情况。
