医疗领域中基于指令微调的大型语言模型用于机器翻译

摘要
大型语言模型 (LLM) 在高资源语言对和领域的机器翻译方面显示出良好的性能。然而，在专门领域 (如医疗) 中，LLM 的性能较标准神经机器翻译模型较低。专门领域中术语翻译一致性对用户、研究人员和翻译家至关重要。本研究比较了基线 LLM 和指令微调 LLM 在医疗领域的性能。此外，我们将专门医疗词典中的术语引入指令格式化数据集用于微调 LLM。指令微调 LLM 在自动评估指标上显著优于基线模型。
