倾斜长球椭球尾流中的不稳定性

我们通过一系列直接数值模拟（DNS），在 10 到 3000 的宽雷诺数（Re）范围内，研究了 45 度倾斜 6:1 长球椭球后方尾流中的不稳定性、分岔与转捩。我们详细刻画了低 Re 下原本对称且定常的层流尾流如何随 Re 逐渐增大而失去对称性并变为非定常。若干引人入胜的流动特征首次被揭示并随后分析，例如非对称的时间平均流场、出乎意料强烈的侧向力等。随着尾流部分变为湍流，我们研究了一种主导的相干尾流结构，即螺旋涡管，在其内部于中间尾流恢复了螺旋对称更替情景，并在远尾流中伴随自相似性。
