微小杂质对二维微观有界区域内低能电子动力学的影响

摘要
为了深入了解微小杂质在微观器件中对电子运动的作用,我们从一般视角考察了低能下微观有界区域内小障碍对粒子运动的影响。我们将表明,仅当这些障碍为弱吸引时,它们才会扰动电子运动。
