摘要
使用流法方法在不同的技术条件下生长了 KNbO3 和 KNbO3:Fe 单晶。对这些单晶的光学吸收进行了研究。发现技术条件和铁掺杂对光学吸收有显著影响。观察到的吸收光谱变化与由非齐质性和/或掺杂引起的晶格缺陷有关。
