界面条件对自旋塞贝克效应的影响

摘要
本文研究了 Pt/钇铁石榴石 (YIG) 双层系统中的纵向自旋塞贝克效应 (LSSE)。研究发现，LSSE 诱导的电压大小对 Pt/YIG 界面条件敏感。我们在具有更好晶体界面的 Pt/YIG 系统中观察到了较大的 LSSE 电压，而当在界面处人为引入非晶层时，电压急剧衰减。
