改进平面运输问题的原始-对偶算法

摘要
平面运输问题——如何以最经济的方式将一组物体从一个点集移动到另一个点集——是一个有着数百年历史的古老问题。近年来,该问题的求解在数字图像分析中得到了应用,用于寻找图像之间的相似性和差异。然而,其主要缺点是求解计算时间过长。本文提出了一些新结果,可大幅缩短平面运输问题的求解时间。我们选择平面点之间的距离函数作为成本函数。我们同时考虑了距离函数为普通欧几里得距离的情况,以及距离函数为欧几里得距离平方的情况。后一种距离函数的优点是,如果平面中点的坐标为整数,则其值为整数。
