摘要
由于荧光染料在细胞成像中的非凡应用，近几十年来其日益普及。我们发现了一种有机甜菜根提取荧光(BREF)染料，作为一种用于有效细胞成像的高效色素。通过将此染料应用于不同类型的人类细胞，我们在所有类型细胞的荧光细胞成像中均获得了非常好的结果。我们还观察到，该染料仅需很短的内化时间即可给出非常好的细胞图像，并在足够长的时间内保持稳定。
