摘要
随着即将出台的AI法规（例如欧盟AI法案）和生成式AI的快速发展，以人为中心的负责任人工智能（HCR-AI）领域出现了新的挑战。随着AI变得无处不在，关于决策权、人类监督、问责制、可持续性以及AI及其创造者的伦理和法律责任等问题变得至关重要。解决这些问题需要协作方法。通过邀请来自不同学科的利益相关者参与CHI 2024上第二届HCR-AI特别兴趣小组（SIG），我们旨在讨论法规在人机交互研究中的影响，开发新的理论、评估框架和方法，以应对AI伦理的复杂性，引导AI朝着对全人类有益且可持续的方向发展。
