在知识工程过程中实施混合方法以管理复杂敏感设备运行反馈相关的技术建议

摘要
在一个从未使用过知识工程技术和方法的组织中，如何高效管理有关运行经验反馈的技术建议？本文介绍了核工业与国防领域的一家工业公司如何采用此类方法，使其适应“TA KM”组织环境并符合 ISO30401 框架，以构建一个完整的系统，并利用“SARBACANES”应用程序来支持其业务流程，将其诀窍和专业知识固化在知识库中。除了专家与业务专家之间的经典知识转移外，SARBACANES 还揭示了此类工程实现多功能运营的能力。通过使用适应此类运营的工具（Ardans Knowledge Maker 平台），建模过程得到了加速。
