摘要
我们从理论和实验两方面表明,半导体量子点的扫描隧道谱 (STS) 图像可能显示出清晰的电子 - 电子关联特征。我们将多体隧道理论应用于一个充分考虑了关联效应和量子点各向异性的现实模型。通过将自由站立 InAs 量子点的实测 STS 图像与全组态相互作用方法计算的图像进行比较,我们根据单电子和双电子态的图像解释了波函数序列。对应于双电荷态的 STS 图谱相对于非相互作用情形因电子关联而发生显著畸变。
