菱方CaMn$_7$O$_{12}$中铁弹畴结构的识别与力学调控

摘要
我们报道了在多铁性CaMnO单晶中于室温下观测到铁弹畴结构。发现了两类铁弹畴壁，这与该材料由高温下立方对称性降低而来的菱方对称性一致。利用拉曼光谱及其他测量手段，我们发展了一种确定微观畴取向的系统方法。此外，我们发现了畴的开关行为，这使得我们能够在室温下通过适度的单轴压缩方便地实现晶体退孪。我们的结果为CaMnO中进一步的光谱研究与畴工程铺平了道路。
