摘要
展示了一种具有宽频带、低噪声线性调频连续波激光源。通过二维热调谐,该激光源在静态工作下展现出42 GHz连续频率调谐范围和49.86 Hz本征线宽。对于动态FMCW,该激光源在100 Hz调频频率下具有10.25 GHz频率带宽,在1 kHz调频频率下具有5.56 GHz频率带宽。通过预失真线性化,在光纤长度测量实验中可分辨45 km距离下3 m的长度差,这展示了其在超长光纤传感和FMCW LiDAR中的应用潜力。
