摘要
采用正电子湮灭寿命谱学(PALS)对术后患者取得的子宫肌瘤及正常组织样本进行了研究。观察到正常与病变组织在所有 PALS 参数上均存在显著差异。对所有受试患者发现,肿瘤组织的自由湮灭与正 Positronium 寿命值均大于健康组织。对大多数患者,肿瘤组织的自由湮灭与正 Positronium 湮灭强度小于健康组织。在此类研究中,首次测定了 正电子湮灭分数,用以描述形态改变过程中组织孔隙率的变化。
