摘要
数千年来，人类采集并将蜂蜜用作食物与药物。然而，在现代经济中，蜂蜜已面临错误标注与掺假，使其成为世界上第三大被造假的食品。欺诈蜂蜜的国际规模带来了经济与环境后果。在本文中，我们提出一种利用机器学习增强显微镜识别欺诈蜂蜜的新方法。
