t-J模型中自旋波交换诱导的空穴-空穴超导配对

摘要
我们数值研究了自旋波交换诱导的空穴配对。同时考虑了接触空穴-空穴相互作用。假设在与配对相关的所有尺度上反铁磁序得以保持。对于能隙的d波对称性,获得了最强的配对。给出了能隙值对空穴浓度和温度的依赖关系。对于临界温度,我们在空穴浓度δ = 0.2-0.3时得到Tc约为100 K。
