单轴压力诱导的Sr2RuO4中更高Tc超导相

摘要
我们研究了单轴压力对纯Sr2RuO4超导性的影响,其本征超导转变温度Tc为1.5 K。结果表明,沿c轴仅0.2 GPa的极低单轴压力即可诱导出起始Tc高于3 K的超导性。本研究结果指出,纯Sr2RuO4具有两个超导相,其Tc分别为1.5 K以及最高可达3.2 K的变Tc相。后者表现出异常特征,可归因于超出弹性极限的各向异性晶体畸变。
