摘要
亚铁磁 Mn3Ga 展现出低饱和磁化强度（Ms = 0.11 MA m-1）与高垂直各向异性的独特组合，其单轴各向异性常数为 Ku = 0.89 MJ m-3。c轴外延膜表现出高达 58% 的自旋极化率，该值通过点接触 Andreev 反射测量获得。这些外延膜将能够为自旋转移力矩存储器支持热稳定的亚 10 nm 比特。
