准静水压条件下 MSb3(M = Fe, Co)的高压研究

摘要
我们呈现了对未填充的CoSb3和FeSb3方钴矿(skutterudites)的比较研究,并报道了通过高压同步辐射X射线衍射研究的其压缩性。首次获得了FeSb3的状态方程。将三阶Birch-Murnaghan等温状态方程拟合到实验数据,压力范围分别为CoSb3的atm-34 GPa和FeSb3的atm-14 GPa。分别得到CoSb3和FeSb3的体积模量为95(5) GPa和86(4) GPa。FeSb3的体积模量与间接获得的文献值相差约30%。在CoSb3的衍射图谱中观察到在34.4-39.6 GPa压力下的异常,其最可能由结构相变引起。
