单晶立方磷化硼的状态方程

摘要
利用同步辐射原位单晶X射线衍射，在高达55 GPa的压力下研究了立方（闪锌矿）磷化硼BP在300 K下的状态方程。测量在准静水条件下进行，使用金刚石对顶砧中的Ne作为传压介质。将实验p-V数据拟合到Vinet状态方程，得到体模量B0为179(1) GPa，其压力导数为3.3(1)。这些值与先前的弹性测量以及半经验估计值吻合良好。
