基于高集成多模波导栅格的宽带低串扰CWDM4 MUX/DEMUX用于2xFR4模块应用

摘要
本工作提出一种采用级联多模波导栅格滤波器实现的紧凑型低串扰CWDM4 MUX/DEMUX器。单个滤波器采用有限高斯加窗和正色散设计,实现强侧瓣抑制,同时保持与UV光刻技术兼容的最小特征尺寸。通过级联这些滤波器,我们实现的DEMUX器串扰低于-25 dB,插入损耗低于1 dB,平坦带宽约为18 nm。整个器件仅占据1.6 mm x 40 um的紧凑面积,且通道间距 compatible with commercial TIA和驱动芯片。此外,采用串联-并联混合级联配置可进一步将串扰压制至-40 dB。
