铁磁超导体 UCoGe 中的高场矩极化

摘要
我们报道了同构铁磁超导体 UCoGe 和 URhGe 在高达 60 T 的磁场和 1.5 至 80 K 的温度范围内的磁化和磁电阻率测量结果。在低温下，UCoGe 在 方向约 50 T 的磁场中出现的矩极化导致了磁化和磁电阻率中定义明确的异常。这些异常在高于 30-40 K 的温度下消失，而在该温度范围内发现了磁化率的最大值以及磁场诱导的磁电阻率变化。我们将 UCoGe 与 URhGe 进行了比较，后者在 方向 12 T 的磁场中发生矩重取向，从而导致磁场诱导的再现超导电性。
