超导铁磁体UCoGe磁电阻的角度变化

摘要
我们报告了超导铁磁体UCoGe的磁电阻研究。在单晶样品上测得的数据显示，当磁场沿有序磁矩方向施加时，在~T处出现显著结构。角度依赖测量表明，这一场致现象具有单轴各向异性。压力下的磁电阻测量显示，在1.0~GPa时迅速增加至12.8~T。我们从场致极化变化的角度讨论了。上临界场测量证实了沿正交晶胞轴方向磁场下不寻常的S形曲线。
