UCoGe 中弱巡游铁磁性边界上的超导电性

摘要
我们报道了 UCoGe 在常压下铁磁有序与超导电性的共存。磁化测量表明，UCoGe 是一种弱铁磁体，其居里温度 T_{C}= 3 K，有序磁矩较小，为 = 0.03 。在最佳样品中观察到超导转变温度 T_{s} = 0.8 K 的电阻跃变。热膨胀和比热测量为体磁性和超导电性提供了确凿证据。接近铁磁不稳定性、T_{s} 对缺陷的敏感性以及缺乏泡利极限，表明这是由临界铁磁涨落介导的三重态超导电性。
