微环芯谐振器的高带宽片上电容调谐

摘要
我们报道了基于二氧化硅微环芯的腔光机电系统（COEMS）的设计、制备与表征。在微环芯谐振器上图案化的电极允许对光学回音壁模式共振进行快速电容调谐，同时保持其超高品质因子，从而能够实现诸如高效的射频到光频转换、光路由和光开关等应用。
