超导单晶(Lu, Ca)Ba2Cu3O7-d晶须的生长

摘要

采用碲掺杂法成功生长了单晶(Lu, Ca)Ba2Cu3O7-d (Lu(Ca)123)晶须。Lu(Ca)123晶须的X射线衍射图谱显示出与REBa2Cu3O7-d相(RE = 稀土元素)对应的尖锐(0 0 l)峰。输运测量表明,所得晶须的超导转变发生在83 K。
