钠钙玻璃基质中嵌入银纳米团簇的生长

摘要
本文通过低频 Raman 散射光谱研究了钠钙玻璃基质中银纳米团簇的温度控制生长。纳米团簇的生长归因于银交换钠钙玻璃样品退火引起的银原子扩散控制沉淀。首次在该系统中进行了 Rutherford 背散射测量，以确定银离子在玻璃基质中扩散的激活能。从不同实验结果估算出的银离子在玻璃基质中扩散的激活能是一致的。
