黑色素瘤细胞集落的生长与形态

摘要
我们通过分析不同初始接种细胞浓度和不同生长时间下的结晶紫测定结果，研究了体外培养的黑色素瘤细胞集落的统计特性。集落大小的分布能很好地用连续时间分支过程来描述。为了表征集落的形状波动，我们计算了偏心率的分布。将实验结果与弹性细胞随机分裂模型的数值结果进行比较，发现限制细胞分裂发生在集落外缘时，最能重现实验结果。我们的结果说明了通过结晶紫测定等标准实验方法可以提取丰富的信息。
