Athena/X-IFU 微热力计光谱仪的地面校准计划

摘要

X射线 Integral Field Unit 是 ESA 下一大任务 Athena 上的 X射线成像光谱仪。Athena 旨在探索热力学与能量宇宙主题,计划于2030年代末发射。基于在极低温度(50 mK)下运行的高灵敏度 Transition Edge Sensor (TES) 检测器阵列,X-IFU 将在0.2-12 keV 能量波段提供空间分辨的高分辨率光谱,目标实现4 eV 能量分辨率(7 keV 设计目标)。本文介绍了当前的 X-IFU 校准计划。它提供了适用于 X-IFU 校准的要求,描述了整体校准策略,详细说明了对 X-IFU 每项参数或特性进行地面校准的程序和所需源。
