电荷密度波ZrTe_3中的巨Kohn异常与相变

摘要
在ZrTe_3中，沿调制波矢q_P且极化方向沿a*的横声学声子支中识别出一个强Kohn异常。该软模在转变温度T_P处冻结为零频率，且频率的温度依赖性受到涨落效应的强烈影响。非公度超结构的漫散射X射线散射显示强度和关联长度呈幂律标度，这与维度n=2的有序参量兼容。
