多太瓦涡旋激光束的产生

摘要
我们报告了在薄熔融石英基底上制造大面积相位掩模的情况，这些掩模适用于整形多太瓦飞秒激光束。我们将这些相位掩模应用于产生高强度飞秒光学涡旋。此外，我们量化了由几种常见类型的掩模缺陷导致的涡旋光束图案的畸变。
